About Julia R. Moss
As a learning and development leader with 15+ years of experience helping mission-driven organizations navigate change, I do my best work where people and possibility meet. I read the room, connect learning to real business outcomes, and create spaces where people genuinely want to grow.
I’ve built learning programs from the ground up, from scaling onboarding to supporting organization-wide transformation. I’ve designed learning for lab scientists and software engineers, sales and marketing teams, finance and quality leaders, medical professionals, social workers, and executives. I’ve worked across technical and non-technical roles, from the frontline to the C-suite, always focusing on what people need and what the organization is trying to accomplish.
My sweet spot is the room itself, whether in person or virtual. When people come together to learn, think, and align, something powerful happens.
